When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 1:00 PM PST ship the same business day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy for DJ equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in original, brand-new condition with all packaging and software licenses unregistered to qualify for a full refund.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All new products come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, our Chroma Cables and MIDI Fighter hardware include a dedicated DJ TechTools warranty against manufacturing defects.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and financing options through Affirm, allowing you to buy now and pay over time.
How do I access software and drivers for my new controller?
